How to deal with Burnout during Coding?

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion.

Methods to deal with burnout during coding.

  1. Advice from Carl Pei(founder of nothing): Stop coding for a while , go to club.

  2. Exercise: Take a break from coding and go for a walk or do some stretching exercises.

  3. Self-care: Take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying hydrated. Don't neglect your personal life or relationships.

  4. Pomodoro Technique: You can try the Pomodoro technique, where you work for 25 minutes and take a 5-minute break. Take regular breaks from coding to rest your mind and prevent burnout.

  5. Set realistic goals: Don't try to learn everything at once. Setting unrealistic goals can lead to burnout. Be realistic about what you can accomplish and set achievable goals for yourself.

  6. Seek support: Talk to a friend or a mentor about how you're feeling. They may be able to offer advice or just listen to you. It helps!
